“-Hi-“ is indicated on the
LED display.
The measurement result is 999.9% or
higher.
Set the zero and span
parameters.
“Err“ is indicated on the
LED display.
With automatic entry and setting:
• The value set for span is smaller than
the value set for zero.
• The difference between the zero and
span set values is 10 or less.
Reset the zero and span
parameters.
The sensor does not
operate.
Power is not being supplied.
Supply power.
Cable disconnection
Repair

Device failure
Contact Matsushima.
Sensor
malfunction
