Do Not Disturb
Do Not Disturb (DND) prevents incoming calls from landing on your extension.
Setting Do Not Disturb
•
Press DND
Key.
•
Scroll using the Navigation Keys to select the type of calls for which you want to set DND — All Calls,
Internal Calls, External Calls.
•
Press
Select
Key.
•
The LED of the DND
Key glows in Blue.
Set Do Not Disturb Message
•
Press DND
Key.
•
Scroll using the Navigation Key to select
Set DND Message
. This message will be displayed to the caller
(provided the phone supports CLI display).
•
Press
Select
Key.
•
Scroll using the Navigation Keys to select the desired DND message — Unavailable, In a Meeting, In a
Conference, Try on Mobile, On Vacation, On Business Trip, Out of Office, With a Guest.

Canceling Do Not Disturb

Press DND
Key again.
