            COMPRESSOR CONTROLS 

DIGITAL CONTROL PANEL 

On/Off button. 

   

When the unit is plugged in and in the OFF mode, pressing this button

 

on the digital 

control panel turns the compressor on. It is operated manually, but when in the ON 
mode, it allows the compressor to start up and shut down automatically, without 
warning, upon air demand .The on/off icon and tool icon will be shown on the LCD 
display when the unit is in the ON more. ALWAYS turn the unit OFF when the 
compressor is not being used, and before unplugging the compressor. 

Tank pressure button. 

 

Pressing the button on the digital control panel will show the pressure level of the air 
stored in the tank and the tank icon will be shown in the display. It is not adjustable by 
the operator and does not indicate line pressure. 
Releasing this button will return the display to regulated pressure and the tool icon will 
be shown in the display. 

Pressure adjustment (up). 

 

 

Pressure this button on the digital control panel increases the line pressure to the tool 
you are using. Each time the button is pressed, it increases the pressure by 1 PSI. 
Hold the button down to rapidly increase the pressure. The maximum regulated 
pressure is 105 PSI. 

Pressure adjustment (down). 

 

 

Pressing this button on the digital control panel decreases the line pressure to the tool 
you are using. Each time the button is pressed, it decreases the pressure by 1 PSI. 
Hold the button down to rapidly decrease the pressure. 

Pressure presetting @ 90 PSI 

 

Pressing this button on the digital control panel will set the line pressure to a preset 90 PSI. 

Pressure presetting @ 30/40/60 PSI 

 

Pressing this button on the digital control panel will set the line pressure to a pre-set 
PSI. There are three pre-set pressure levels 30, 40, 60 PSI. Pressing the button for the 
first time, sets directly to a pre-set pressure 30 PSI. Pressing for second time, sets 
directly to a t pre-set pressure 40 PSI. Pressing for third time, sets directly to a pre-set 
pressure 60 PSI. 
Note: When you restart the compressor, the default line pressure is the same as the 
last pre-set pressure. 

Tank pressure indicator. 

 

 

 

This indicator will be red when the tank is pressurized. 
When there is zero thank pressure the indicator will not be visible. 

LCD Display window.

 

This display will automatically show the regulated outlet pressure when the unit is on. 
The on/off icon and the tool icon will be shown on the display. 

 

The display will automatically show the tank pressure when the unit is off but still 
plugged in, if the pressure is not zero. 
The bar on the right hand side of the LCD display window is a visual indicator of tank 
pressure. When the bar reaches the top, the pressure is at 135 PSI and the 
compressor will turn off. When the bar reaches the

 bottom

, the pressure is at 105 PSI 

and the air compressor will turn on. 

Change pressure display settings from “PSI” to “BAR”. 

 

Pressure the On/Off button to turn the unit on (a tool icon will display on the 
window when the unit is at ON status).

 

Press and hold the Tank pressure button, and then On/Off button at the same 
time for 5 seconds to enter the display settings mode.

 

Press the pressure up "+" button to select the display to be in " 

PSI 

".

 

Press the pressure down "-" button to select the display to be in "

BAR

".

 

Wait for 5 seconds and the unit will memorize the selected setting and turn off.
Restart the unit to view the unit operating pressure in the selected setting.

 

 

WARNING:

   

Never exceed

 

the maximum 

working pressure of the tool.
