20. ERROR MESSAGE AND RECOVERY OPERATION
If the motor intercepts an abnormal operating condition (such as a system error, the corruption of the information contained in memory, ...), the motor refuses to perform the
manoeuvre commanded and signals the anomaly with 1 downward movement and 1 upward movement, repeated 3 times. If the upper limit switch is NOT stored for contact with an
upper stop, to restore the factory conditions is necessary to reset the motor (see section 21). If the upper limit switch has been stored for contact with an upper stop, you can manually
restore the functionality of the motor, without having to reset it. The restore operation is only possible using a memorized transmitter. The operation of self-restore can be performed
even if the motor does not report anomalies, and always under the supervision of a qualified technician. If the motor fails to complete the recovery manoeuvre (that is, independently
reach the upper stop, see procedure below) it is possible that the motor failure is serious. In this case it is necessary a revision of the motor by the manufacturer.
Reporting on error
x3
This procedure can be performed only if the upper limit switch has been programmed for contact with an upper stop.
Otherwise, the motor does not allow you to perform the recovery process. This procedure should be done only under the
supervision of a qualified technician. The technician is responsible to verify that the motor stops in contact with the upper
stop. Otherwise, it is obligatory to repeat the entire procedure.

19. AUTOZERO MODE
If the upper limit switch is stored for contact with an upper stop, you can decide whether the motor must
always reach the upper stop (setting 1 "no release"), if the motor must always reach the upper stop and
drop the fabric briefly (setting 2 "with release"), or if the motor must stop a few inches before the upper stop
and only occasionally (every 30 upward manoeuvres ) reach it (setting 3 "release every 30 manoeuvres").
In any case, each time the motor reaches the upper stop, the stroke is recalibrated in order to recover any
shortening / lengthening of the fabric. The factory set this parameter to 1 (autozero "no release").
