9.8.3_REPLACING THE PICK-UP TINES
WARNING! If the pick-up tines mounted on the roll-holder of the pick-up have
to be replaced

Stop the tractor, remove the keys from the dashboard and wait for all the
moving parts of the machine to stop completely.

Switch off the control system.
Loosen the 4 screws " V " (2 above and 2 below) which fix the band
" F " corresponding to the tine to be replaced and then pull out the
band, passing the head of the screws " V " through the hole of the slot
located on the band.
Unscrew the bolt " B " , remove the tine " D " and the related block " T ".
Replace the pick-up tine " D " with a new one of the same type. Screw
back the block " T " and the bolt “ B”.
Replace the band " F " inserting it over the screws " V " and then push
it all the way against the screw.
Finally screw back the 4 screws " V " with a tightening value of
15Nm.
