“Enter Executive Code” -
Enter the 5-digit code that has been programmed as the executive
security code. Each digit entered will be acknowledged by the moving cursor in the display. If
a mistake is made, press CE and try again. If the code is not accepted, use the lock key to
reprogram the executive security code as explained in the PROGRAMMING section of this
manual. The factory preset executive code is “11111”.

“Cover May Be OPENED” -
If you are installing or removing the signature plates, or if you
need to adjust the signature plate holder and platen horizontally to coincide with the signature
block on the documents, lift open the cover within five seconds. For more information on
installing the signature plates, please see the INSTALLATION section of this manual. The
Model 911 will sequence to the next step automatically if this prompt is displayed for five
seconds, or if the cover is opened and closed. Once the cover is opened, it may remain opened
indefinitely. Once the cover is closed, it will remain locked until the executive code is entered
again. *If access to the signature plates is not required, press ENTER while this prompt is
displayed, or wait for the five second time out.

“Press 1 for Stored or 2 for Manual” -
If you wish to use the most recent setup again, press
CE at this time. The Model 911 will then skip this step and the next two steps. To select a
stored form, press 1 on the keypad, then select a stored format number by pressing the
corresponding number, 1-5, on the keypad. The Model 911 will display “Form Size” and
“Batch Mode” for that stored form number. The Model 911 will then skip the next two steps,
which are for manual entry only. To enter the form length by the keypad, press 2 for manual
entry.

“Enter Form Size” -
Enter the distance from signature line to signature line on the documents.
*This distance is the same as the form length from top to bottom. Then press ENTER.

“Batch Mode?, 1=UP 2=DOWN” -
To have the Model 911 imprint documents until the paper
is depleted, press 1 on the keypad. During the run, the Model 911 will keep a running total for
the batch by counting up from zero. To have the Model 911 imprint a preset quantity of
documents, press 2 for Count DOWN.

“Enter Batch Amount” -
If the current batch mode is Count DOWN, a quantity must be
entered. As the documents are imprinted, the Model 911 will count down from this number,
stopping at zero. If the batch mode is Count UP, this step will be skipped.
7.
“Enter Operator Code” -
Enter the 5-digit code that has been programmed as the operator
security code. Each digit entered will be acknowledged by the moving cursor in the display. If
a mistake is made, press CE and try again. If the code is not accepted, use the lock key to
reprogram the operator security code as explained in the PROGRAMMING section of this
manual. The factory preset operator code is “22222”.
8.
“Depress ENTER When Paper is Aligned” -
Load the paper onto the tractors as follows.
Flip open the tractors. Place the paper’s margin holes onto all of the pins of each tractor, being
careful to keep the form horizontal. Close the tractors. Slide the tractors left or right to
position the signature block on the first document in front of the platen, which is directly below
