Check the general fuse (F) and replace it, if necessary.
Probable motor arrest for the intervention of the circuit bre-
aker.
Refresh the circuit breaker.
Chocolate is not that fluid, dilute with some vegetable oil.
The device is not positioned on a horizontal surface.
Finding a stable top
Place the fountain somewhere flat and stable so that the
chocolate can spread around the base of the tower evenly
Check that there are no obstacles to the chocolate flow in
the pan. Even the presence of air could can cause non-
irregular flowing. If so, stop the auger, wait for the chocolate
to flow completely into the pan and then turn it on again.
Make sure
the thermostat is
at the maximum temperature

the HEAT is switched on and
the HEAT light is on too
If the light is not on, check the connection to the electrical
outlet and be sure that the fuse is not broken.
Note: The HEAT light off does not necessarily indicate that
the HEAT is not working. The light may be broken, first check
the heating and ascertain if the temperature of the pan in-
creases, ideally when empty If the HEAT does not work,
contact Martellato for technical assistance
in case the motor stops,
press the circuit breaker button
after a few minutes.
