Unpack the equipment
Clean the pan with a soft cloth
Check with the wrench provided that the nut that locks the base of
the tower to the tank is tight. as in Figure G
Wash the screw (augur) and the tower in hot water, using a non-
abrasive liquid detergent, rinse and dry
To install the basin on the gear base, put the transversal screw of
the motor pivot parallel to the holes in order to put the pivot and
the holes on the same line as in Figure A
Align the central pivot of the basin which transmits the motion of
the motor to the auger, parallel to the two lateral pivot as shown in
Figure B.
Insert the basing matchig the two pivots with the holes of the mo-
tor base (picture C) and holes in the basin with the corresponding
pivots on the base as in picture E
Insert the supplied screw nuts on the pivots (picture F) in order to
lock the basin at its base and fix them with the key.
Inside the basin verify that the pivot for the auger bonds to the
motor pivot by first pressing on it and try to rotate manually
Ensure that the fixing is secure.
Insert the screw making sure that the its seat is fully inserted into
the pivot of the basin.
Put the tower containing the auger. Be careful and insert the pivot
into the right position as shown in Fig. D
Then put the disks in the tower from largest to smallest. Then, put
the last disk by ensuring that the top axis of the auger enters the
right place.
Do not mount or dismount the tower and the auger when the
fountain is on or connected to the electrical outlet.
20-4000 is easy to use, just follow these simple instructions.
Equipment is supplied partially disassembled, so before use it is necessary to as-
semble some elements (tower, screw and discs).
The assembly instructions are as follows:
