After pressed the button OK if there are not duplicate device the system insert the device selected
on the “Device-List”

the Unique ID field will be refilled when the sw is connected with the device (this info will be read
from the device)
The Unique ID is used by sw PC to identify the device on the network.

Remove Device:

with the button “Remove Device” is possible to remove one or several device

from the Device-List.

if a device on the Device-List is On-line or in editing then it will be not shown on the Remove-List.
To remove a device the User must set the check-box present on the column REMOVE and the row
of the device that the User want remove.
When a device is removed from the User then the device will be not recognize automatically, he
must insert it again manually if wanted. If the sw Pc will be closed and re-open then the sw PC can
recognize the device removed.
After select the check-box press the button “Remove” to remove the device(s) in the “Device List”.

Search Device:

with the button “Search Device” is possible to check if there are devices connect to

PC and still not inserted on the Device-List.

The User can select what to search on the network, the device connect in USB Mode, and or Device
connect in RS485 Mode and or Device connect in TCP/IP mode.
If the USB check-box is selected then the system search only one device connect in USB Mode.
The system check if there is a USB port connected to device (check all COM on the range from 1 to
64)
the system work with one COM for time, so if there is a device already On-line and connect via

USB or RS485

then the system can not found new device connect via USB

If the RS485 check-box is selected then the system search all device connect in RS485 mode with
ID from 1 to 32 (is

important

that each device connect on the network via RS485 have an ID

different from the other). The system work with one COM for time, so if there is a device already
