ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN
Dieses Handbuch biezieht sich auf traditionelle Holzöfen
für Pizzeria. Es enthält die Hauptinformationen über die
Installation, die Benutzung , die Aufsicht und die Wartung
der Öfen. Dieses Handbuch ist als Bestandteil des Ofens
zu betrachten und muss sorgfältig bis zur abschließenden
Demontage aufbewahrt werden.
Sollte ein Schaden auftreten, der die besessene Hanb-
chskopie unbrauchbar macht, kann der Benutzer den
Kundendienst um eine Kopie bitten, indem man eine Kopie
der Einkaufsrechnung vorzeigt oder den Ofentyp und die
auf dem CE-Schild angegebenen Fabrikationsnummer
genau angibt .
Dieses Handbuch spiegelt den Ofenzustand bei der Lie-
ferung wider.
M.A.M snc behält sich das Recht vor, die Herstellung und die Han-
dbücher auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen, ohne dazu verpflichtet
zu sein ,die vorhergehenden Herstellungen und Handbücher zu ak-
tualisieren. Der Kundendienst steht jedenfalls gern zur Verfügung,
um -Auf Anfrage – Auskünfte über die von Fa. M.A.M. snc bei den
Öfen ausgeführten Abänderungen zu geben .
M.A.M snc übernimmt keine Haftung für Schäden , die
- durch Mißbrauch des Ofens
- durch Gebrauch von ungeschultem Personal
- durch unkorrekte Installation
- durch Versorgungsfehler
- durch unangemessene Wartung oder Reinigung des Ofens
- durch ungenehmigte Änderungen oder Eingriffe
- durch falsche Manöver
- durch Benutzung von nicht originalen Ersatzteilen
- durch Benutzung von nicht vorgesehenem oder unge-
nehmigtem Zubehör
- durch totale oder partielle Nichteinhaltung der Anweisungen
- durch Ausnahmeereignisse verursacht werden .
Ohne schriftliche Genehmigung der Fa. M.A.M. snc ist die
auch partielle Reproduktion dieses Handbuchs verboten
und dessen Inhalt darf nicht für andere Zwecke als die ve-
rwendet werden , die mit dem Benutzer vorausgesehen
sind. Dieses Handbuch wurde ursprünglich in Italienisch
verfasst .

GENERAL INFORMATION
The instruction manual herein refers to the Traditional
wood fired oven for pizza.
This manual contains the main information concerning
installation, use, control and maintenance of the wood-
burning oven.This manual is an integral part of the wood-
burning oven and must be kept until the final disassembly
of the wood-burning oven.
In case of damage that compromises the utilisation of this
copy of the manual, the user can ask the customer service
for another copy showing a copy of the purchasing invoice
or specifying the oven type and the serial number on the
identification CE plate of the wood-burning oven.
This manual refers to the wood-burning oven conditions
just at the suppling time.
The company M.A.M snc reserves the right to update the
production and the manuals without the obligation to
update the previous production and manuals.The customer
service is always at the client’s disposal to give information
about the updating relating to the wood-burning oven by
M.A.M snc on request of the client.
The company M.A.M snc has no responsibility for possible
damage caused by :
- improper use of the wood-burning oven
- use by non-qualified personnel
- incorrect installation
- feeding defects
- insufficient maintenance or cleaning of the wood-bur-
ning oven
- non-authorised changes and interventions
- wrong operations
- use of non-original spare parts
- use of non-installed or non-authorised accessories
- total or partial non-observance of the instructions
- unusual cases
Without a written consent by the company M.A.M snc it
is strictly forbidden to copy even partially this manual
and its content cannot be used for aims different from
