7.4 RAUCHABZUG
Benutzen Sie keine biegsamen Rauchabzüge (Aluminium
oder andere Materialien) , FEUERGEFAHR wegen der hohen
Temperatur des Rauchs aus dem Ofen.
Sollte sich ein Brand des Rauchabzugs ereignen , ist ein
Pulverfeuerlöscher zu benutzen.
Bei der Installation STELLEN SIE SICHER, dass der Raucha-
bzug nicht neben entflammbarem Material ist. ISOLIEREN
Sie sorgfältig den Rauchabzug mit GESTEINSFASER oder
installieren Sie einen isolierenden Rauchabzug.
Benutzen Sie den Ofen nicht auf mehrfachem Rauchabzug.
Stellen Sie sicher , dass die eventuellen Verbindungen des
Rauchabzugs sorgfältig angeschlossen sind .
ÜBERPRÜFEN SIE PERIODISCH UND REINIGEN SIE WENIG-
STENS EINMAL IM JAHR DEN RAUCHABZUG; FÜR DIE REI-
NIGUNG WENDEN SIE SICH AN FACHUNTERNEHMEN.
DIE INSTALLATION DES RAUCHABZUGS MUSS VON
QUALIFIZIERTEN FACHLEUTEN DURCHGEFÜHRT
WERDEN, DIE EIN INSTALLATIONSZERTIFIKAT
AUSSTELLEN KÖNNEN.
7.4.1 SPEZIFIKATION FÜR DEN ANSCHLUß
Zum Anschluss an den Rauchabzug ist die
Verwendung von biegsamen Metallrohren
verboten; Die Montage der Rohre muss rau-
chdicht und Kondenswasserdicht sein, eine
Mindestneigung Von 5-10 cm je Meter haben,
keine horizontalen Teile haben, die größer als
die senkrechten sind. Die Rauchabzüge müssen
leicht überprüfbar sein, um die Entfernung vom
Ruß und deren Reinigung zu erlauben .
Die Verbindungsstrecke Ofen- Rauchabzug
muss so kurz wie möglich sein, sorgfältig
ausgeführt werden, indem man die verschie-
denen RohrRohrschüsse sowie die Raucha-
bzugskupplung versiegelt. Es wird empfohlen,
das Verbindungsrohr in den Rauchabzug
so zu stecken, dass er den Durchgang nicht
VERSTOPFT (siehe Bild).

7.4 CHIMNEY
Do not use flexible chimney (aluminium and other
materials), FIRE DANGER because of the high temperature
of the smoke coming out from the oven.
In case the chimney burns into flame, use a powder
extinguisher.
When installing it, MAKE SURE the chimney isn’t near to
any inflammable materials. INSULATE the chimney very
carefully with glass wool or fix an insulated chimney.
Do not use the oven on a multiple chimney.
Make sure that the eventual chimney joints are carefully
joined
CHECK PERIODICALLY AND CLEAN AT LEAST ONCE A
YEAR THE CHIMNEY. AS FOR THE CLEANING, ADDRESS
TO SPECIALIZED COMPANIES.
THE CHIMNEY INSTALLATION MUST BE CARRIED
OUT BY SPECIALIZED PERSONNEL WHO CAN ISSUE A
PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE.
7.4.1 DETAILS FOR THE CONNECTOR
For the connection of the oven to the chimney
it’s compulsory the usage of flexible metallic
pipes; the pipes fitting must guarantee
the tightness to the smokes and their
condensation, it must have a minimum
inclination of 5-10 cm per metre and mustn’t
have horizontal sections higher than the
vertical ones. The chimneys are supposed to
be inspected easily to permit the soot recovery
and the proper cleaning.
The connecting section between the oven
and the chimney must be as short as possible,
carried out very carefully by sealing up the
various sections as well as the chimney joint.
We highly recommend not inserting the
connecting pipe into the chimney in a way to
BLOCK the way out (see the picture).
