STANDS
CENTRE STAND
• The centre stand position is not electronically monitored;
you can therefore turn the engine on while the scooter
is on the stand. To set the scooter on the stand push on
spur (A) and lift the vehicle onto the stand using the
rear grab rail.
During this manoeuvre, make sure you keep
the scooter perfectly balanced to avoid the
risk of dropping it.
SIDE STAND
• The side stand is located on the left-hand side of the
scooter (B) and it is monitored by a microswitch that
prevents the engine from starting unless the stand is
properly closed.
Do not remove or tamper with this safety
device.
We advise you to check the retaining system
of both stands regularly. The system is com-
posed of tension springs.
Irrespective of whether using the side stand
or centre stand, always make sure the ground
is firm and level.
Using the stands on soft or gravely soils,
asphalt that has softened in hot summer
weather, etc. may result in the scooter fall-
ing over.
Do not sit on the scooter when it is on either
of the stands.
