PASSWORD 250

FRAME AND RUNNING GEAR

DISASSEMBLY

• Disconnect fan connector (H).

• Remove the radiator by pulling it downwards.

• Detach Faston connectors from the two thermal switch-

es (M).

• Remove also radiator support partition(L).

The two thermal switches (M) are marked
with a coloured dot to distinguish their re-
spective functions:

- the one with the GREEN dot serves to con-

nect/disconnect the radiator fan (YELLOW
wires);

- the one with the BROWN dot serves to dis-

connect the carburettor choke when cool-
ant temperature exceeds 50 °C as soon as
the keyswitch is set to “ON” and the “EN-
GINE STOP” button is set to the start po-
sition (WHITE/BROWN wire - BLACK wire).

The choke is disconnected even if the en-
gine is not running.
