CAUTION:
Do not allow any trim materials to extend closer than 3/8 inch to the vertical edges of the
firebox opening if glass doors are to be installed.

restrict vent areas with any trim
materials.
WARNING:
The space between the face
of the fireplace and the noncombustible
facing material must be sealed. Failure to
properly seal this crack can cause a pos-
sible fire hazard and will void the MHSC
warranty.

On B36LA or B36RA Models, noncombustible facing materials may be installed to the top of
the fireplace opening. This facing material must be secured and sealed to the face of the fireplace.
Failure to properly secure and seal noncombustible facing material to the fireplace can cause a
possible fire hazard and will void the warranty.
