High-speed ATM Board Card (RM7B-
1ATM-OC3H, RM7B-2ATM-OC3H, RM7B-
4ATM-OC3H) Cable Connection
This section describes how to connect the high-speed ATM board card
(RM7B-1ATM-OC3H, RM7B-2ATM-OC3H, RM7B-4ATM-OC3H) cable.
Step 1: Insert the fiber connector to the jack of the high-speed ATM board
card (RM7B-1ATM-OC3H, RM7B-2ATM-OC3H, RM7B-4ATM-OC3H) optical
module.
Step 2: Connect the other side of the fiber to the corresponding device.
Note that the TX cable is connected to the RX end of the peer device and
the RX cable is connected to the TX end of the peer device.
During connection, pay attention to the interface ID and avoid inserting
into other interface.
If LINK light flashes, it means that the port is configured with local loop
and the loopback is checked.
If STATE light is off/on, it means that the high-speed ATM interface board
does not work normally.
2-port Gigabit Ethernet Interface Board
(RM7B-2GEH) Cable Connection
This section describes how to connect 2-port Gigabit Ethernet interface
board (RM7B-2GEH) cable.
Step 1: Insert the fiber connector to the jack of the 2-port Gigabit
Ethernet interface board (RM7B-2GEH) optical module.
Step 2: Connect the other side of the fiber to the corresponding device.
Note that the TX cable is connected to the RX end of the peer device and
the RX cable is connected to the TX end of the peer device.
During connection, pay attention to the interface ID and avoid inserting
into other interface. If STATE light is off/on, it means that the 2-port
Gigabit Ethernet interface board does not work normally.
