10.3 Self leak test

This test is designed to check the internal ACX2120H circuit
for any leaks.
To perform Self leak test:
1. From the MAINTENANCE menu, press
ª©
until SELF LEAK
TEST is highlighted and press .
2. Allow unit to perform test to completion.

If a test fails, check charge hoses and quick couplers for
r repeat test.
10.4 Cylinder pressure check
1. From the MAINTENANCE menu, press
ª©
until CYLINDER
PRESSURE CHECK is highlighted and press .
2. Screen will display message shown in Fig. 24.

3. Press stop once HP (red) gauge displays pressure inside
tank.
10.5 Cylinder refrigerant view
1. From the MAINTENANCE menu, press
ª©
until CYLINDER
REFRIGERANT VIEW is highlighted and press .
2. Screen will display the Total refrigerant weight and the Avail -
able refrigerant weight.

Available refrigerant weight is 2kg less than total contents of
cylinder. 2kg is the minimum quantity that should be left in
an operating ACX2120H.
10.6 Pressure zero
t
This function allows technician to determine and store the
atmospheric pressure value.
1. From the MAINTENANCE menu, press
ª©
until PRESSURE
ZERO is highlighted and press .

This procedure should be performed every time the
ACX2120H is moved from one location to another that has a
rent altitude.
10.7 Counters
t
These screens will display the vacuum pump and compres -
sor hours of life and the remaining time before vacuum
ter dryer need replacement.
1. From the MAINTENANCE menu, press
ª©
until COUNTERS
is highlighted and press .
2. Press
ª©
to display all counters.
