Big Block Data for Authorization Request (ARQC)
In response to
Command 0xA2 - Start EMV Transaction
, when an ONLINE approval is required as
determined by the device and the ICC, by default the device will send EMV tag 70 containing an
authorization request message to the host in the format shown below. The list of tags the device will
