value among the interpolator outputs, but it may increase due
to the eff ects of the scale travel speed, output cable length, line
capacitance, etc.
2. Th e minimum phase diff erence varies due to the eff ects of the
output cable length, line capacitance, receiver load, etc.
3. Th e maximum response speed has the correlation with the
phase diff erence which is shown in the graph below.
