Sticky rice soak into water about 30minus, then put together with water into the barrel.

You can add suger, nut, sesame into the rice according to personal flavor.

Put ingredients amount strictly as recipe, don’t put too much sticky rice, in case it will affect 

the taste of cake.

* Take 500 g glutinous rice clean up, then put into the bowl with 1500 g water, soak 16 hours, 

until you can crumb the rice in your fingers easily.

* Put the soaked glutinous rice into a steamer, which bottom is pave with a gauze, drain water, 

high-heat-steam about 15 minutes. Then cool down to warm (about 35 °C) to let all rice grains 

not stick together.

* Add 5 g distiller’s yeast and 200 g cool water, stir evenly, then put the mixed glutinous rice 

into a barrel, press and even it.  Choose “Rice wine” program setting the time.

* When smelling the wine aroma, it’s completed. You can enjoy the delicious fermented 

glutinous rice.
