2.3 Mains Plug Connection
2.4 Welding Connections
For your safety, never use the mains cable of the machine without a plug.
Be sure that the connections are fastened tightly. Loose or incorrect fastening may cause overheating or gas leakage.
• No plug has not connected to the mains cable since there may different types of
outlets available in plants, construction sites and workshops. A suitable plug
must be connected by a qualified electrician. Make sure that the grounding cable
marked with a yellow / green color is present.
• AFTER CONNECTING THE PLUG TO THE CABLE, DO NOT ATTACH IT TO THE OUTLET AT
THIS STAGE.

• Place the wire feeder on to the turn table on the machine.
• Connect the blue gas hose
(16-c)
to gas outlet bush in front of the power source.
• Connect the control cable
(16-b)
to the control socket in front of the power source.
• Connect the welding plug
(16-a)
into the welding cable connection outlet in front of the power source.
• Connect the earth cable to one of the earth clamp sockets on the power source very tight.
• Sockets with different inductance values help the machine to weld with less spatter at a wider current range. For the smaller currents or wire
diameters the socket should be chosen, for the bigger currents and wire diameters use the socket or .
• To increase the quality of the welding, earth clamp should be clamped tightly on the workpiece, as close as possible to the welding area.
