Using dirty and calcic (hard) water will decrease the working life of the torch and the pump.
Motor and Torch can be damaged if coolant level under minimum level.

• Water cooling unit is a closed circuit system consisting of a radiator, ventilator, pump and water tank.
If your machine has water cooling unit;
• Connect blue water hose
(16-d)
of the harness to the cold water supply outlet on the cooling unit. Connect red water hose
(16-e)
of the
harness to the hot water return outlet on the cooling unit.
• Remove the cap of the water filling inlet and put soft water including appropriate antifreeze into the water tank. The coolant level can be
observed from the coolant level indicator in the front panel and have to be between minimum and maximum level.
• Machines with harness longer than 5 meter have detachable harness and wire feeding connection in order to lift easier. Both ends of the harness
are the same, therefore sockets and connectors must be connected to the wire feeding unit same as the connections to the front side of the machine.
• If your machine has harness longer than 5 meter, connect the harness to the wire feeding unit as seen below.
• After placing the gas cylinder on its platform, fasten it with the gas cylinder safety chain. To operate safely and get best results use approved gas
regulators and heaters.
• Open and close the gas cylinder valve few times in order to blow out any possible dirt or particles.
• If CO2 is going to be used, firstly connect the CO2 heater and then connect the gas pressure regulator to the gas cylinder. Connect the power cable of
the CO2 heater to the CO2 heater socket at the back of the machine.
• Connect one end of gas hose to the gas supply inlet at the back of the machine and connect the other end to the gas pressure regulator. Open the gas
cylinder valve.
• Set the gas quantity with the pressure adjustment valve. For more information about gas adjustment check.
