Replacing Drive Chain on Double Reel
Refer to the following two methods for replacing the drive chain on a double-reel drive:

NOTE:
Both procedures are acceptable, but disconnecting the reel drive method is preferable because it doesn’t affect
the chain’s integrity.
Replacing Chain Using the Reel Drive Method
1. Loosen the drive chain. Refer to

2. Support the inboard end of the right reel with a front end
loader and nylon slings (A) (or equivalent lifting device).
IMPORTANT:
Avoid damaging or denting the center tube by
supporting the reel as close to the end disc
as possible.
