Maintenance

WARNING!

Switch the machine off and disconnect it

from the mains voltage before carrying out

any maintenance and adjustment works.

1. Keep the instructions near the machine.

2. Keep the machine clean.

3. Wear protective goggles when cleaning the

machine.

4. Inspect the product before each use for worn

and damaged parts. Do not operate it if you

find broken or worn parts.

The golden rules of care

• Check the saw blade regularly. Only use sharpened, crackfree and

nondeformed saw blades.

• Replace a worn bench insert immediately.

• Always keep the bench surface free of resin.

• Clean the inside of the machine such as tooth segment and bevel of the

tilting system regularly from residual wood and splints.

• Remove possible saw dust obstructions at the ejector.

In general:

• Reapplication of the wax coating on the workbench makes feeding the

workpiece to the blade easier.

• Ensure that the connection cables are in a good condition and do not have

any cuts.

•

Ensure that the moving parts are aligned perfectly, firmly attached and not

obstructed in their movement.
