Additional information:
All DMX512 and analogue inputs and outputs must be shielded and the
shielding must be connected to the ground resp. to the case of the
corresponding plug. Also the unit and all connected apparatus must be
earthed.
Especially when Socapex or the Hot Patch Field is used, an additional
earth between the dimmer housing and the load cable must be used.
Generally the local electric power company should be informed before
starting dimmers with phase angle control of such power.
