DVITC Inserter line selection

DVITC can be inserted in two different lines (Inserter A and B) of the output SDI
signal with selectable line numbers of the vertical blanking. See table below for
standard recommendations.

Format Description

A detected WSS signal on the input video can be reinserted into the SDI output
or converted to AFD or VI.
