Check to see if AC voltage is
present at the power supply.

Check all fuses.

Check that there are not two
versions of the printer driver

installed.

Check that there is only one file

for the printer.

Check if printer is out of paper

or ink.

Troubleshooting RPM-to-Computer Connection

Use the IPSetup utility to verify that all RPMs are found.

If the Model 4525 is shown:

Make sure the subnet mask is the same for the RPM and the
computer.

The default IP address on the system outside should be
192.168.200.1, or similar to it.

The normal setting for the Supervisor IP address should be
192.168.200.2, or similar to it.

See pages 42-44 for information about

Configuring/Assigning Lanes.

If the Model 4525 is NOT shown:

Make sure the RPM is on.

Check to see if Ethernet wires are connected.

Check the cross-over cable and replace if necessary. For information
about the cross-over cable, please refer to the Installation manual.
