is either blank or = 0 for outgoing calls.
If the ICLID Call Distribution report or
detail reports show call destinations not
properly reported, check these functions:

Location table (Customize menu)
•
Dialed Digit Processing
(Configuration menu) may be
changing the dialed number
If detail reports show the wrong call types,
check these Configuration functions:
•
Call Type dialing patterns
•
Dialed Digit Processing may be
changing the call type
Re-run reports.
