User Maintenance

You were already introduced to the user maintenance procedure “Setting Time and

Date,” in Chapter 3, “Getting Started.” This section describes the other user
maintenance procedures available to you: backing up files, displaying the Disk
Usage Report, password protection, printer restart, system shutdown, and voice

system administration.
