Administering IS-II Applications

Perform the appropriate procedure:
a.
To add a subscriber to AA:
— Press
[F1]
(ADD).
— AA will confirm the addition.
b.
To remove a subscriber from AA:
— Enter the employee’s extension number.
— Press
[F4]
(DISPLAY) to display the record.
— If it is the correct record, press
[F2]
(DELETE) to remove it.
— AA will ask you to type
n
or
y
and then confirm the deletion.
NOTE:
If you make a mistake, use the arrow keys to move to the field with the
error; then enter the correct information. If you have already pressed
[F1]
(ADD), enter the extension, press
[F4]
(DISPLAY), make your
corrections, and press
[F3]
(CHANGE).
If you have added an incorrect extension, enter that extension and
press
[F4]
(DISPLAY) to display the record. If it is the proper record,
press
[F2]
(DELETE). If you have mistakenly deleted an extension, you
must reenter all the information and press
[F1]
(ADD) again.
— The Confirm screen indicates that a subscriber has been added
or removed.
4.
Press
[F6]
(CANCEL) repeatedly until the IS-II Main Menu returns.
Changing Subscriber Data
You can change any subscriber data, except the extension, using the procedure
below. To change an extension, use the Move Subscriber procedure that follows.
1.
From the Voice Power Automated Attendant menu, select
Subscriber Administration.
2.
Enter the extension number of the record being changed.
3.
Press
[F4]
(DISPLAY) to display the record.
