1. ADJUSTING THE BACKSYSTEM

Remove the carrier and adjust the
backsystem if necessary, repeating
steps 1.2 to 1.4 until the described
fit is achieved.
Move the top stabiliser strap
adjuster so that it is positioned
on the top of the shoulder. Then
tighten both top stabiliser straps.

Fasten the chest strap and position
4cm below the protruding points of
the collar bone; adjust if necessary
using the sliders.

Put the carrier on, then fasten and
tighten the hip belt. When fitted
correctly, the hip belt should ‘sit’
comfortably on the hip bone.
Tighten the shoulder straps. When
fitted correctly, the shoulder straps
should be in contact with the torso
from the shoulder blade on the
back to the underarm on the front.
Try the carrier on without the
child. Estimate the required
back-length using the printed
scale as a guide.
To adjust, tighten or slacken the
backsystem adjustment strap. You
may need to loosen the two top
stabiliser straps to allow the
shoulder straps to move freely.
