Playback
1. Press [ G U ID ER ] to display the Easy G uider
m enu.
2. Press [

] to select the “Playback” icon
and then press [EN TER ].
The “D VD M enu”appears.
3. Press [
W

X
] to select a title (program ) you
w ant to play and press [EN TER ].
Press [ PAU SE] to pause playback.
Press [ PLAY] to resum e norm al playback .
Press [ STO P] to stop playback.
R ecord
1. Press [ G U ID ER ] to display the Easy G uider
m enu.
2. Press [

] to select the “R ecord” icon and
then press [EN TER ].
3. Press [

] to select the Signal- Input (TV,
A V1-Front,A V2-R ear, S-Video, D V) and press
[EN TER ].
If you select “TV”, press [

] to select the channel you w ant to
record and press [EN TER ].
4. Press [

] [
T
] to select the recording m ode
and press [EN TER ]. ( H Q , SP, LP, EP or SLP )
5. Press [EN TER ] to confirm recording.
6. Press [ STO P] to stop recording.
7. Press [ PAU SE] to pause recording.
Notes:
You can select “EXIT”or press the [G U ID ER ] button again to exit
the “Easy G uider”m enu.
LVW -5006 m odel only
LVW -5006 em ploys the “ALL W R ITE”technology and can record
on alm ost all of the recordable discs. You m ay use either
D VD +R W , D VD +R , D VD -R W , D VD -R , C D -R W or C D -R discs to
record.
