B efore channel editing
Ensure that the antenna cables are securely hooked up to the
unit.
A dding ordeleting TV channelm anually
1.Turn on the TV set and the D VD -R ecorder,
and press [Source] to sw itch the input signal
source of the unit to “TV.”
2.Press [ED IT] to bring up the “C hannel Editor”
m enu, press [
S
] [
T
] to select one of the TV
channels and press [EN TER ].
M ove the cursor to the TV channel to m ake the selection and
press [EN TER ] again to cancel the delete operation.
Inserting the TV channels
1.Press [ED IT] to bring up the “C hannel Editor”
m enu, press [
S
] [
T
] to select one of the TV
channels and press [
X
].
2.Press [
S
] [
T
] to select “Insert to” and press
[E N TE R ].
3.Press [
W
] [
X
][
S
] [
T
]to enter the “C hannel
num ber,” and press [EN TER ]. The channel w ill
be m oved to w here you w ant to.
Sw apping TV channels
This function allow s you to m anually sw ap the TV channel order
stored in the unit to m atch the TV channel order stored in your TV
set.
1.Press [ED IT] to bring up the “C hannel Editor”
m enu, press [

] [
T
] to select one of the “TV
C hannel” and press [
X
].
2.Press [
S
] [
T
] to select “Sw ap w ith” and
press [EN TER ].
3.Press [
W
] [
X
][
S
] [
T
]to enter the “C hannel
num ber,” and then press [EN TER ] to sw ap. The
order of the channels w ill be sw apped w ith the
channel num ber selected.
4.To sw ap other TV channels, repeat step 3 to
com plete the settings.
5.Press [
W

] [
T
] to select “EXIT,” press
[EN TER ] to save the setting and exit the
“C hannel Editor” m enu.
M oving up orm oving dow n the TV channel
1.Press [ED IT] to appear the “C hannel Editor”
m enu, press [

] to select one of the “TV
C hannel” and press [
X
].
2.Press [
S
] [
T
] to select the “M ove U p” or
“M ove D ow n” and press [EN TER ].
The TV channel w ill change the address.
Each tim e you press [

] or [
T
]the item changes as follow s.
R enam ing TV channels
1.Press [ED IT] to bring up the “C hannel Editor”

] to select one of the TV
channels and press [

].
2.Press [

] to select “R enam e” and press
[EN TER ].
The display for entering a title nam e appears.
3.Select the desired characters from the
keypad. Press [EN TER ] after each entry.
4.W hen you finish
entering the title
nam e, press [
W
] [
X

] to select
“Finish.”
N otes:
You only can enter up to 5
characters for a nam e.
