Internal control of the dry extraction
Unlock the lid and secure it with the holder (pos. 5)
Check the check valve plate (pos. 2) for tightness
Check the pneumatic cylinder (pos. 3) for functionality
Check whether all cable connections (pos. 4) are correctly attached
Check air hoses (pos. 4) for wear and whether they are connected correctly
Note
The diaphragm in the valve is broken if the solenoid valve continuously beats in the air.
The diaphragm must be exchanged.
If the solenoid valve does not open, i.e. does not admit any air into cleaning system, check the
opening in the diaphragm (pos. 6)
If it is clogged, blow it out and bring a refit diaphragm into the solenoid valve.
In the case that the valve still does not release the opening, change the coil (pos. 7).
