WARNING:

liquids or operate machine in or near flammable liquids, vapors or combustible dusts. Do not pick up flammable materials or reactive metals. Keep
sparks and open flame away. Keep battery hood open when charging. Disconnect battery cables before servicing machine.
DAILY:
BEFORE
EACH USE
1.
Check battery meter
charge level. (See Battery
Charging Information
below).
6.
Make sure the recovery
tank float screen is clean.
2.
Install brushes or new
pads on machine.
7.
Check solution tank
filter in bottom of solution
tank.
3.
Check all switches and
motors to make sure they
operate properly.
8.
Check scrub head skirt
adjustment. The skirt
should touch the floor.
4.
Clean squeegee and
check condition of wiping
edge. Turn blade over if
worn.
9.
Fill 25 gal (95 l). solution
tank with water and add
approved products.
5.
Make sure recovery tank
is empty. Check tank lid and
gasket for defects.
10.
Check squeegee blade
deflection. The rear blade
should slightly deflect as
shown. Turn knob to adjust.

DAILY:

1.
Drain and rinse out
recovery tank.
6.
Check battery fluid level.
(See Battery Charging
Information)
2.
Remove and clean float
screen.
7.
Clean machine with all
purpose cleaner and damp
cloth. Check skirt for
damage and wear.
3.
Drain and rinse out
solution tank.
8.
Recharge batteries ONLY
if machine is used 30
minutes or more.
4.
Remove pads/ brushes
and clean.
BATTERY CHARGING
INFORMATION:
Before charging, check
battery fluid level. The fluid
level (A) should cover the
battery plates (B) a 1/4”. Add
distilled water if needed. DO
NOT OVERFILL.
When disconnecting the
battery charger always
remember to unplug the
charger from the wall outlet
first.
5.
Wipe clean the squeegee
blades.

MONTHLY:
1.
Lubricate fittings on
front casters with
Lubriplate
EMB
grease (Tennant p/n
01433--1). Also lubricate
front drain door hinge.
2.
Grease the drive chain.
Adjust chain tension, if
required.
3.
Clean the battery
corrosion from the top
surfaces of the batteries
and terminals. Use a strong
mixture of baking soda and
water.
Brush the mixture sparingly
over the batteries, terminals
and cable clamps. Use a
wire brush to clean the
terminal posts. After
cleaning, apply a coating of
clear battery post
protectant to the terminals
and cable connectors. Keep
battery tops clean and dry.
