4.1.
Prior to the transport
Note
In order that no deposits can settle in the system, always wait for the dry extraction unit to finish the
cleaning interval before switching it off.
4.2.
Maneuvering the joint cutter
Caution!
In order to secure the dry extraction against tilting or falling, all of the three support legs must be
lowered evenly and be clamped firmly.
The dry extraction is connected to the joint cutter.
All support legs of the dry extraction must be in the uppermost position
4.3.
Lifting by crane
Caution!
In order to secure the dry extraction against tilting or falling, all of the three support legs must be
lowered evenly and be clamped firmly.
Suspend the dry extraction from the crane at the 2 ring bolts (pos. 1) on the upper cover with a chain
suitable for this.
Use only undamaged slinging means with sufficiently carrying capacity.
No persons may stay under suspended loads.
Determine a competent instructor before the lifting operation
Suspend the slinging means with sufficient carrying capacity in the ring bolts (pos. 1)
Raise carefully and the observe the centre of gravity
Always keep an eye on the dust extraction
Secure the load charge reliably (use provided attachment points)
Only proceed in accordance with the operating manual when recommissioning
