The appliance will turn off automatically when the steam isn’t used for 15 min. You
can turn on the unit again by pressing the power button.
VERTICAL STEAMING
This function provides steam to remover wrinkles on delicate garments in hanging
position, hanging cretins or other hanging fabric.
Note : do not aaply steam on any clothes or fabrics that are being worn by human or
pets. Temperature of steam is very high.
Maintain a distance of a few centimeters from delicate fabric (estheticus, silk, velvet,
etc), otherwise the fabric could be daagde.
DRY IRON
Unwind the electrical cord and the supply cord.
Fill the watertank with tap water.
Plug in the unit.
The steam indication light will blink, to indicate the appliance is heating up.
The min. Steam indication light will light up when the temperature has been reached.
Press the steam on/off button to turn off the steam. You can iron without steam now.
Turn the temperature dial on your iron to the desired temperature.
The indication light on the iron will turn off when the disired temperature has been
reached.
The appliance is now ready for use.
When you want to turn off your iron, just turn the temperature dial to “min”.
To turn off the steam generator, press the power button.
Unplug the unit.
When the appliance has cooled down, you can store it in a safe place.
REFILL INDICATION
When the water level is low, the water level indicator light will go on.
Add water, accordiing to the text “how to fi ll water”.
ANTI-CAL SYSTEM
This appliance has an electonic systeem which checkes the water hardness.
The anti-cal hartritdge will remover the scale from the water. Depending on the water
hardness and the use of the appliance, the anti-cal cardridge needs to be replaced on a
regular base.
When the indicator light turns on you need to change the cartridge.
When you don’t have a new cartridge available, you can also use distilled water for
ironing.
To change the cardridge proceed as follows :
- Leave the anti-cal indicator light on
