1.Turn the POWER FEED™ 25M
NNSpowerswitchON.
2.Turn ON the Power Wave power
source.
3.Resetthecircuitbreakers.
4.Tighten,repairorreplacethecon-
trolcable.
5.Replacethepowerswitch.
1.Verify the gas supply is ON and
flowing.
2.Route the gas hose so it avoids
sharp corners and make sure
nothing is on top of it. Repair or
replacedamagedhoses.
3.Applyfilteredshopat80psitothe
solenoidtoremovedirt.
4.Removethecoverandcheckthat
allconnectionsareingoodcondi-
tion.
5.Replacethesolenoid.
1.Keeptheguncableasstraightas
possible. Avoid sharp corners or
bendsinthecable.
2.Remove the gun from the wire
feeder and pull the jammed wire
outofthegunandcable.
3.Blow dirt out of the liner with low
pressure (40psi or less). Replace
thelinerifworn.
4.Use only clean electrode. Use
qualityelectrode,likeL-50orL-56
fromLincolnElectric.
5.Replacethecontacttip.
6.Verify the proper parts are
installed.
7.Adjust the tension arm per the
Instruction Manual. Most elec-
trodes feed well at a tension arm
settingof"3".
8.Replace the drive rolls if worn or
filledwithdirt.
