Moving the Treadmill
A. Make sure that the ON / OFF switch is turned OFF and the power cord is
removed from the wall.
B. Make sure that nothing is on or near your treadmill which might spill, be
knocked over or prevent the treadmill from moving.
C. Place both hands under the support bar that is located directly under the
back of the running belt on your treadmill to make sure that you have a
solid lifting point.
D. Lift the back of the treadmill and roll to the desired location.
CAUTION
: When lifting, use proper safety precautions and lifting
techniques. Bend your knees and elbows, keep your back straight and
pull up evenly with both arms.
