ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 4 (See diagram 4)
A. Connect two lower beams (#A) on a Frame-X to the 4-hole Brackets (#3) on Frame-Z.
B. Secure each hole with one M8 x 15MM Allen Bolt and M8 Domed nylock Nut. Do not fully tighten
the Nut and Bolt yet.
C. Connect two lower beams(#B) on a Frame-Y to the adjacent hole on the same 4-hole Bracket
(#3) on Frame Z.
D. Repeat procedures above to install all the Frame-X and Frame-Y onto Frame Z to form a
hemisphere.
E. Connect two side beams (#C) on a Frame-Y to the 6-hole Brackets (#1) together horizontally.
F. Connect two upper beams (#B) on a Frame-X and the beam (#E) on a Frame-Y to the adjacent
hole on the 5-hole Bracket (#4).
G. Secure each hole with one M8 x 15MM Allen Bolt , and M8 Domed nylock Nut. Do not fully tighten
the Nut and Bolt yet.
H. Then repeat the step (F & G) to build rests of frames.
