You can use the Turbo Boost in program or manual mode. To get the best
results, alternate between the preset programs and custom workouts created
in manual mode to keep your body guessing. Your body tends to adapt to a
workout routine over time, so you want to change up your workouts to keep
improving your fitness.
PROGRAM MODE
In program mode, you can select from three preset programs: P1, P2, and P3.
Each preset program is 15 minutes long and changes the workout speed in five-
second intervals.
P1 uses the oscillating motor, P2 uses the pulsating motor,
P3 uses a combination of the two motors.
CHOOSING A PROGRAM IN PROGRAM MODE
1. Press the
Power/Start/Stop button
to turn the control panel on.
2. Press the
Program (P) button
on the remote control to toggle through the
three preset programs: P1, P2, and P3.
3. Press the
Power/Start/Stop button
on the remote control to activate the
selected program.
4. Press the
Power/Start/Stop button
on the remote control at any time
during exercise to stop the workout.
NOTE:
You cannot adjust the speed, time, or training mode for the preset
programs.
MANUAL MODE
In manual mode, you can create a custom workout by choosing from three
vibration training modes and then setting a workout speed and time. The three
training modes are: oscillation, pulsation, and 3D training. Oscillation training
mode uses the oscillating motor, pulsation training mode uses the pulsating
motor, and 3D training mode uses a combination of both motors.
The default time for manual workouts is 15 minutes. You can set a custom
workout duration of 1–15 minutes (in one-minute increments) while in standby
mode. Once you start the manual workout, you cannot adjust the workout time.
The vibration speed for manual workouts begins automatically at level 1. Once
the workout begins, you can change the speed, at any time, from 1–60.
CREATING A CUSTOM WORKOUT IN MANUAL MODE
1. Press the
Power/Start/Stop button
to turn the control panel on.
2. Press the
Program (P) button
on the remote control to toggle through the
four options (P1, P2, P3, manual mode) to choose manual mode.
3. Press the
Mode (M) button
on the remote control to choose one of the three
training modes: oscillation training, pulsation training, and 3D training.
4. Press the
/ V buttons
on the remote control to increase or decrease the
time duration for your manual mode workout, from 1–15 minutes, in one-
minute increments.
5. Press the
Power/Start/Stop button
on the remote control to begin the
manual mode workout.
6. The vibration speed will begin at 1. Press the
/ V buttons
on the remote
control to increase or decrease speed, from 1–60.
7. Press the
Power/Start/Stop button
on the remote control at any time to stop
the workout.
