ISSUE

MACHINE DOES NOT TURN ON

CAUSE

Power cable is not plugged into a wall outlet. 

SOLUTION

Connect power cable to an outlet.

CAUSE

Power switch is not flipped to the ON position.

SOLUTION

Flip the Power switch on the front of machine to the ON position.

CAUSE

Power cable is not securely plugged into the power cable jack. 

SOLUTION

Remove the power cable and reinsert forcefully until you hear a click 
indicating it is securely connected. 

CAUSE

Machine can overheat if used for too long.

SOLUTION

If machine has worked for a long time. Flip the Power switch to the off 
position. Leave the machine to cool down for at least 30 minutes.

ISSUE

REMOTE CONTROL DOES NOT WORK

CAUSE

Remote control has a range of about 8 feet. 

SOLUTION

The remote control connects wirelessly to the Turbo Boost. Try moving 
closer to the machine.

CAUSE

Batteries are installed incorrectly.

SOLUTION

Check to see if the batteries are installed in the correct direction.

CAUSE

Battery is dead.

SOLUTION

Replace dead battery with a new 3V 2032 battery.

CAUSE

Battery is not contacting the battery terminals.

SOLUTION

Insert a piece of tissue or thin foam on top of the battery to press it 
down. 

ISSUE

MACHINE STOPPED WORKING SUDDENLY

CAUSE

Preset program or manual mode workout has ended (15 min max run-
time).

SOLUTION

Begin a new exercise program.

ISSUE

CANNOT TURN OFF MACHINE USING REMOTE/CONTROL PANEL

CAUSE

The Turbo Boost must be powered off via the Power switch.

SOLUTION

Flip the Power switch on the front of the unit to the OFF position.
