USING THE REMOTE TO OPERATE THE TURBO BOOST
1. Increase Time/Speed ( ) Button*:
In
standby, with manual mode selected:
press the button to increase the time
duration, from 1–15 minutes, in one-
minute increments. During a manual mode
workout, press the button to increase the
speed, from 1–60.
2. Power/Start/Stop Button:
Press the
button once to power on the control panel
(to standby mode). Press a second time to
start the selected preset program or manual
mode workout. Press a third time to stop the
workout. Press a fourth time to power off
the control panel.
3. Program (P) Button:
Press the button to
toggle through the three preset programs,
P1, P2, P3, and manual mode.
4. Mode (M) Button*:
In standby, with
manual mode selected, press the button to
toggle through the three training modes:
oscillation, pulsation, and 3D.
5. Decrease Time/Speed (V) Button*:
In
standby, with manual mode selected:
press the button to decrease the time
duration, from 1–15 minutes, in one-minute
increments. During a manual mode workout,
press the button to decrease the speed,
from 1–60.
*Speed, time, and training mode cannot be adjusted for preset programs.
USING THE DISPLAY PANEL TO OPERATE THE TURBO BOOST
1. On/Off Button:
Press the button once to power on the control panel (to
standby mode). Press the button again to power off the control panel.
2. Mode Button*:
In standby, with manual mode selected, press the button to
toggle through the three training modes: oscillation, pulsation, and 3D.
3. Program Button:
Press to toggle through the three preset programs (P1, P2,
P3) and manual mode.
4. Speed/Time +/- Buttons*:
In standby, with manual mode selected: press
the buttons to increase or decrease the time duration, from 1–15 minutes, in
one-minute increments. During a manual mode workout, use the buttons to
increase or decrease the vibration speed, from 1–60.
5. Start/Stop Button:
Press to begin the selected preset program or manual
mode workout. Press at any time during exercise to pause the workout. Press
again to resume the workout.
6. Program Indicators:
The three indicators light up, in turn, to show which of
the three preset programs is selected (P1, P2, P3) when the Program button
is pressed. When no program indicator is lit up, it indicates that manual mode
is selected and you may then use the Mode button to select from the three
training modes.
7. Time/Speed Indicator:
When manual mode is selected, the value shown is the
time duration for the manual workout; the default time is 15 minutes. During
the workout, the value shown alternates every 5 seconds between the current
vibration speed and the remaining workout time.
8. Training Mode Indicators:
In standby, with manual mode selected, the three
indicators light up, in turn, to show which of the three training modes is
selected (oscillation, pulsation, or 3D) when the Mode button is pressed.
*Speed, time, and training mode cannot be adjusted for preset programs.
MODES
Standby Mode:
The control panel is powered on, but no workout is in progress.
Program Mode:
Choose from three preset workout programs: P1–P3.
Manual Mode:
Create your own custom workout: choose from three training modes
and set a time duration and vibration speed.
