HOW TO RESOLVE

Err (or E00)

Magnetic safety key is missing or 
improperly positioned.

Place the safety key in its place 
on the treadmill console.

Console is defective.

Contact customer support.

Console is broken.

Contact customer support.

Console is broken.

Contact customer support.

Over-current protection: control 
board has short-circuited or the 
motor is blocked.

Contact customer support.

E6

Motor is broken or motor cable 
failure.

Contact customer support.

E7

The console cables have been 
disconnected.

Check to see if the console 
cables are correctly connected. 

E8

Overload protection: excess 
of electricity or the maximum 
weight capacity has been 
exceeded.

Maximum weight capacity is 
200 lbs. If maximum weight 
has not been exceeded, contact 
customer support.

E9

The machine has worked too 
long or the motor temperature is 
too high.

Stop the machine and allow it 
to cool down for at least 1 hour.

HOW TO RESOLVE

Treadmill is not 
working.

No power.

Plug the power cord into a wall 
outlet.

Power switched off.

Flip the power switch to the ON 
position.

Magnetic safety key is 
not in position.

Place the magnetic safety key in 
position on the magnetic port on the 
front of the treadmill.

Treadmill has entered 
sleep mode.

Press any button on the control panel 
to exit sleep mode.

Short circuit.

Contact customer support.

Fuse burned out.

Contact customer support. 

Console does 
not show all 
data.

PCB screws are loose.

Contact customer support.

Console is defective.

Contact customer support.

Keypad not 
functioning.

Broken or 
disconnected buttons.

Contact customer support.

Running belt is 
not smooth.

Not enough 
lubrication.

Lubricate with the belt with 
silicone oil. See
