In the following example I will show you how to cook 1.0kg of whole chicken(Sc 3).

Press

STOP/CLEAR.

Press

SPEED AUTO COOK

once ( ).

Turn

dial knob until display shows “Sc 3”.

Press

ENTER/CLOCK

for category confirmation.

SPEED AUTO COOK menus allow you to
cook most of your favorite food quickly
by selecting the food type and the weight
of the food.

Note:

The Halogen Heater is cycled on

and off during the Speed Cook mode.

Turn

dial knob until display shows “1.00kg”.

Press

START/Q-START.

When cooking you can increase or decrease cooking time by turning

dial.

After cooking you must wear gloves to take metal tray / container
out of oven since its hot.
