Convection
Cooking
In the following example I will show you how to use the convection mode to cook food for 50 minutes at 220°C
temperature.
Press
STOP/CLEAR.
Option 1. To Preheat
Option 2. To Cook
Press
START/Q-START.
Display shows “Pr-H”.
The convection oven has a temperature
range.(40°C, 100~250°C)
The oven has a ferment function at the
oven temperature of 40°C. You should
wait until the oven is cool as the ferment
function will not make heat if the oven
temperature is over 40°C.
In the Convection mode, the 40 degree
ferment function can be operated for up
to 9Hrs by turning the
dial.
For Pre-Heating, follow the steps for
Option 1. The oven will take several
minutes to reach the selected temperature.
Once Pre-Heat has reached the correct
temperature, your oven will BEEP to let
you know that it has reached the set
temperature.
To Start Cooking when Pre-Heat is over,
place food into the oven and follow the
steps in Option 2. (cooking does not
automatically start after the Pre-Heat has
ended)
The low rack must be used during
convection cooking.
Turn
dial to select
convection mode( ).
Press
ENTER/CLOCK

Turn
dial knob until
display shows “220°C”.
Press
STOP/CLEAR.
Turn
dial knob until
display shows “50:00”.
Press
START/Q-START.
Always wear oven gloves
when removing cooked food
as the racks and trays will be
very hot.
