Restarting the device
If the device becomes unresponsive, simply
press and hold the Volume Down key and
Power key at the same time until the
device restarts.
Installing the SIM card and
memory card
Place the SIM card on the SIM card tray with
the gold-coloured contacts facing downwards,
as shown. Place the primary SIM card on the
SIM card tray 1 ( ) and the secondary SIM
card on the SIM card tray 2 ( ).

Always use a genuine Nano-SIM card
supplied by the operator.

The SIM card tray 2 also serves as
the memory card tray. However, you
cannot place both the SIM card and
the memory card (optional) at the
same time.
