Follow the instructions on the computer screen or the
printed instruction page.

Click OK.

To return to single-sided printing:

From the Settings dialog, click the Layout tab.

From the Options area, select Standard.

Click OK.

Printing a handout

You can conserve paper by printing handouts or multiple page
images on a single sheet of paper.

With your document open, select File

Print.

Customize the settings for handouts.

Open the Settings dialog box. For help, see page 26.

Click the Paper tab to select the page orientation and document size.

Click the Layout tab.

Click New.
