INTRODUCTION
Congratulations on your purchase of the Lexibook
®
SM1100 weather station with its
integrated forecasting facility.
The station will provide you with the following information:
"
the time;
"
weather forecasts in the form of icons;
"
inside and outside temperatures;
"
the outside humidity as a percentage;
"
minimum and maximum day temperatures;
"
warnings if the humidity reaches certain levels or temperature limits are
exceeded.
The outside temperature and humidity are recorded using a 434-MHz wireless thermal
sensor. No cable connection is needed. The Lexibook
®
SM1100 weather station
can accommodate up to four remote sensors. One sensor is provided with the
product.
Please read all the instructions carefully so that you fully understand your weather
station’s functions.
The Lexibook
®
SM1100 model is equipped with a liquid crystal display. During use, this
display may appear defective, especially if you are using the weather station for the first
time or moving it. If this occurs, place the weather station flat on a table for ten minutes.
This will allow the liquid crystals to fill up any empty spaces.
PLEASE BE SURE YOU INSERT BATTERIES INTO THE REMOTE UNIT BEFORE
YOU INSERT BATTERIES INTO THE MAIN UNIT.
