Unbolt and remove the End Gate

Brackets on the two (2) back on the

Trailer.

Set hardware aside in preparation

for next step. [Fg. 11]

TOOLS: ONE 1/2” ALLEN

WRENCH, ONE 1/2” WRENCH

STEP 7:

STEP 6:

Apply 1” Velcro, Lengths 19”, 49” and 1.5” to the outside of the back U-Tube of the Trailer as shown [Fg. 9].

Also, apply 1/2” Velcro - 84” Length to both
C-Channel rails on the

OUTSIDE

of the

trailer. [Fg. 9-10]

Further secure the Velcro installed on the inside of the
Bulkhead by installing a .5in Tex Screw

at 3in and

15in, measured from each end (total 4). [Fg. 8]
