STEP 4: 

Unfold and lay the Deck 

[F] 

onto the Decking 

Supports. [Fg. 5] 

NOTE: 

The Deck 

[F] 

should be pushed all the 
way towards the front 
of the trailer. Be sure 
to adjust the Decking 
Supports as necessary 
to be sure the Support are evenly 
spaced underneath the Deck and the 
back and front decking supports are 
flush with the edges of the deck. Be 
sure the Deck is placed so that the 
attached Velcro is face-down against 
the Decking Supports. 

NOTE: 

Notches are placed into Deck 

[F] 

to help with installation around lid 

gas shocks. [Fg. 6]

DECKING SUPPORT

STEP 5: 

Assemble the HexCap Cover according 
to instructions provided 

[T01731] 

before 

comepleting the following procedures.

Remove the Handle and associated Hardware on 
the HexCap Lid.
 
Apply 1in Velcro Strip - 54” Length 

[I] 

to the 

INSIDE

 lip of the HexCap Lid Bulkhead as 

shown. 

Apply 1in Velcro Strips - 84” Length

 to the 

INSIDE

 lip of each side of HexCap Lid as shown.

Drill holes through 
the 54” Velco

to 

re-open the holes 
where the handle was 
located. 

Re-install the Handle 
and hardware.
